None appears for the respondents.
This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act seeking condonation of 9 day's delay in tender of restoration application.
Upon causes being shown in the said application are found to be cogent, just and sufficient as to the marginal delay in filing the restoration application. Accordingly, the application for condonation of delay stands allowed and the delay in filing the restoration application is condoned.
The application being I.A. No. CAN 2 of 2015 (Old No. CAN 9424 of 2015) is disposed of.

The cause shown for the writ petitioner not being represented at the time of dismissal of the writ petition mentioned are found to be cogent and sufficient. The application for the restoration stands allowed. Accordingly, the order dated January 9, 2015 dismissing the writ petition for default stands recalled. The writ petition, WPA 33991 of 2014 stands restored to its file with original number.
In view of the above I.A. No. CAN 1 of 2015 (Old No. 1809 of 2015) is disposed of .
