Mukherjee....for the petitioner Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the instant revisional application has become infructuous since the marriage between the parties have declared to be of nullity by the court of learned Additional District Judge, Kalna, obtaining in MAT 184 of 2011, order no. 34 dated 05.05.2018.
Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly, disposed of.
Let the copy of the order passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Kalna, as aforesaid be kept with the record.
