It is submitted by the Counsel for the private respondents that the trial has commenced and evidence has been recorded. It is further submitted that two of the accused persons have died.

In the above circumstances, no useful purpose will be served keeping the writ petition pending. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the parties to take steps in accordance with law.

There will be no order as to costs.
