The matter relates to appointment in the post of ASHA for Mugura Gram Panchayat under Raina - 1 Block. The selection process was initiated in 2011. I am of the view that by efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuous. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of without any order. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
