None appears on behalf of the opposite party. It appears from the order dated 7th July, 2014 passed by this Court that the present revisional application is to be heard along with another revisonal application being C.O. No. 4277 of 2013.

Case record of C.O. 4277 of 2013 is placed before this Court and it appears that the revisional application was dismissed for default by passing an order dated 2nd March, 2016 of this Court.

Anyway, none is present on behalf of the petitioner on repeated call.

It appears that the present petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the present case and so there is no option left but to dismiss the said revisional application. Accordingly, C.O. 1986 of 2014 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
