Mr. Mitra, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition was preferred challenging an order of transfer.

During pendency of the writ petition the petitioner has retired. Hence, with the passage of time the matter has become infructuous.

In view of such submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
