From the report dated 16.12.2022 submitted by the court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas the stage of crossexamination of PW-1 after the framing of charge under Sections 498A/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been fixed on 30.1.2023. The charge was framed on 20.8.2022 in the Complaint Case No. AC-2619 of 2012. As the trial has proceeded, the petitioner will get opportunity to agitate her grievances before the learned trial court.

Accordingly, the instant criminal revisional application being CRR 4216 of 2013 is disposed of with the direction to the learned trial court to adjudicate the case pending before it as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months, since the matter relates to the year 2012, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. The criminal revisional application is, thus, disposed of.
