Ms. Mitra, the learned Counsel representing the appellants have submitted that the application filed by the appellants under Section 47 of the Code of Civil Procedure before the executing Court was allowed on contest.

In view thereof this appeal has now become infructuous. The appeal stand dismissed as infructuous.

The order dated 23rd March, 2015 passed in connection with the application filed under Section 47 of the Code of Civil Procedure being Misc. Case No.37 of 2010 is kept with the record.
