Seen the Office report dated 7th August, 2024. 2.

It appears from the Office report that the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Birbhum has not yet sent the Lower Court Records to this Court. 3.

The learned Registrar General of this Court is directed to issue show-cause upon the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Birbhum in this regard and to explain why the order of the Registry of this Court for sending the Lower Court Records duly corrected has not been complied with till date.

Let the reply to the show-cause and explanation be placed before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice. 5.

The appellant is not represented today. No accommodation is prayed for.

Hence, S.A.T. No. 620 of 2013 shall stand dismissed for default.

Consequently, all the pending connected applications are dismissed.

Interim order, if any, shall also stand vacated. 9.

There will be no order as to costs.
