The petitioner participated in the recruitment process conducted by the DPSC, South 24 Parganas in the year 2006. Several issues have been raised by the petitioner with regard to the recruitment process. The petitioner claimed to have made representation in the year 2012 against his non-selection.

However, this Court had occasion to consider the propriety of the claim similar to have been made in the instant writ petition on 3rd April, 2024 in WPA 28506 of 2014 (Narayan Das vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.). A copy of the order dated 3rd April, 2024 be kept on record.

In view of the said decision, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The facts in the instant case are substantially similar to the case of Narayan Das (supra).

In the result, the writ petition fails and is dismissed. (RAJASEKHAR MANTHA, J.)
