At the time of call Mr. Kapas, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner and submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed since the petitioner got appointment in connection with the selection process initiated by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission i.e. 12th RLST, 2011 However, West Bengal Central School Service Commission is represented by learned advocates.

In view of appointment made in favour of the petitioner the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

29th March, 2014 is placed before this Court and the same is taken on record.
