1. This is a case pertaining to the year 1967, in which the department has noted vide Note Sheet dated 26-07-2023 regarding submission of paper books in connection with the present case, back on 10-03-1977.

3. In view of the long pendency of the instant case and the absence of learned lawyers for the appellant or the respondent, it is found proper that the matter may be dismissed for default.
