In view of our earlier order dated 4th January, 2022 and the report of the Section Officer dated 31st January, 2022 and also having regard to the fact that no attempt was made by the appellants to make substitution during the pendency of the appeal, the appeal has abated and dismissed as abated as a whole.

The learned Registrar Administration (L&OM) is directed to communicate this order to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bangaon in connection with Title Suit No.99 of 1980 for information and doing the needful. The department is directed to communicate this order to learned Registrar Administration (L&OM).
