Mr. Abhijit Chakraborty, Mr. Tanmay Chatterjee ...for the appellant Mr. Pantu Deb Roy ...for the State respondents (appointed) Records reveal that the review application being RVW 125 of 2018 has already been disposed of by an order dated 25th November, 2019 recalling the judgment dated 25th June, 2018 passed in the appeal being FMA No.3610 of 2015.

The registry is directed to record such disposal of the review application being RVW 125 of 2018.

In connection with the review application, an application being IA No. CAN 1 of 2022 has been preferred for expeditious disposal of the review application. The same has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed. Now the appeal being FMA 3610 of 2015 needs to be heard.

No one appears on behalf of the State respondents in the present appeal and as such we request Mr. Pantu Deb

Roy, learned Additional Government Pleader to appear in the present appeal on behalf of the State respondents and to avail necessary instruction.

Let such engagement of Mr. Deb Roy be regularised along with a junior of his choice.

Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the appellant is directed to serve a copy of the memorandum of appeal and the connected applications filed in the appeal to Mr. Deb Roy by 30th June, 2023.
