The administrative notice could also not be served upon the appellant as it appears from the remarks on the postal articles that the appellant could not be found at the said address. The fact remains that the defects have not yet been removed. The appellant had remained unrepresented since August, 2021.

Under such circumstance, the appeal being SAT 3071 of 1996 stands dismissed.
