In view of our earlier order dated 4th January, 2022 and the report of the Section Officer dated 31st January, 2022 and also having regard to the fact that no attempt was made by the appellant to make substitution during the pendency of the appeal, the appeal has abated and dismissed as abated as a whole.

The learned Registrar Administration (L&OM) is directed to communicate this order to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Court, Basirhat in connection with Title Suit No.287 of 1977 for information and doing the needful.
