Mr. Giri, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellants and submits, he has had no contact with his clients. He is, therefore, not aware about their present position on the appeal.

On 27th August, 2021 appellants had gone unrepresented and following order was made:- "None appears on behalf of appellants.

We notice this is one of two appeals preferred against judgment in Title Appeal nos.121 and 132 of 1989. There has been omission to file application for analogous hearing. Be that as it may, as aforesaid, none appears to move the appeal.

List under heading "For Dismissal" on 3rd September, 2021."

We are convinced appellants have lost interest. SAT 2523 of 1989 is dismissed.
