1. Pursuant to the order dated 07.02.2025, I.C., Kotwali P.S., Paschim Medinipur submitted his report dated 15.02.2025 through Ms. Faria Hossain, learned APP wherefrom it reveals that one Jayanta Kumar Saha, son of deceased Nemai Chand Saha, the appellant expresses his unwillingness to continue with the instant appeal on account of death of his father.

2. Unwillingness of Jayanta Kumar Saha has communicated to the said I.C., in writing is also annexed with the said report.

3. In view of such, the instant appeal being CRA 387 of 1984 is dismissed.

4. Department is directed to send down the Trial Court Record along with a copy of this order forthwith.
