This is an application for review of an order passed on 24th February, 2020.

Learned Counsel for the parties are not ad idem with regard to the submissions recorded in the 'Later' part of the order. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that it was not the submission on behalf of the husband/respondent whereas the learned Counsel for the wife/appellant submits that recording of the learned Division Bench was absolutely perfect. In any event, we do not find that the observation in the 'Later' part of the judgment would affect the right of the parties in any manner whatsoever.

Accordingly, the application for review being RVW 56 of 2020 stands dismissed.
