This is an application for review of an order dated 22nd July, 2008 passed in C. O. 1529 of 2008. The review petition is not in form. The petitioner has not taken any step to rectify the defects though the same has been filed in 2009.

The review petition is appearing in the list today marked as "last Chance". The petitioner remains unrepresented. The respondent no.1 is represented.

The advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1 submits that apart from the review petition being defective in form there is no merit in the matter.

After considering the submission of the respondent no.1 and the materials on record, I find that the grounds on which review has been sought for does not satisfy any of the grounds analogous to

the provisions enumerated in Order XLVII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

The review petition is, therefor, devoid of merits and is accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs.

Since the review petition is dismissed, the connected application automatically stands dismissed.
