Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition was filed for review of an order passed in CO 2612 of 2009 dated 25th April, 2012. The petition was filed challenging the Order No.14 dated 14th May, 2009 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 4th Court at Alipore in Title Suit No.173 of 1985 (renumbered as Title Suit No.111 of 2006).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the Title Suit No.111 of 2006 (earlier Title Suit No.173 of 1985) has been withdrawn as being compromised between the parties vide order dated 8th August, 2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 4th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas. Copy of the order has been placed on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the circumstances, she has instruction to withdraw the present review petition.

In view of the submissions made, the review petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
