Therefore, the petitioner does not want to proceed with this matter. Learned advocate on record submits that written instruction has handed before this Court. Considering the submission of the learned advocate for the petitioner and also after perusing the written instruction of the parties, it appears that the dispute between the parties has been settled outside the court. So, they are not intending to proceed with this matter further.
