In view of the facts of repeated non-appearance and failure to comply with the Court's directions, it is conclusively inferred that the parties are no longer interested in prosecuting the instant matters. Considering the protracted duration for which these matters have remained pending and the demonstrated lack of interest by the litigant, CR 1953 of 1993 and CR 1954 of 1993 shall stand dismissed for default.

Consequently, all connected pending applications, if any, shall also stand automatically dismissed.
