The petitioner prays for incorporation of certain sections in the FIR, which in my opinion is a matter to be taken care of by the penal provision of law and the petitioner can approach the appropriate Court for redressal of his grievance. This Court will not interfere in this matter.

Thus, WPA 7066 of 2020 is disposed of.
