The appeal is arising out of an order dated 22nd July, 2002 passed the learned District Judge at Alipore in Title Suit No. 120 of 2002 passed in connection with an application under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for interim reliefs. The appeal is disposed of by confirming the interim order passed by the coordinate Bench on 7th October, 2002 subject to any final order/award that may be passed in the arbitration proceeding.

The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of.
