, After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we find no infirmity in the judgment and order under appeal dated 3rd September, 2020.

The only observation we make is that the learned Judge, in recording the order, did not refer to the order of the District Magistrate dated 26th February, 2020 which is also impugned in the writ.

The appellants/writ petitioners will be entitled to take all points raised in the writ petition and rely on all the documents in annexures thereto, before the learned District Judge, who upon filing of a proper appeal will

consider it and dispose of the same with reasons within the shortest possible time.

The appellants/writ petitioners are granted three weeks' time to file an appeal before the learned District Judge.

As the issue involved is very short, we dispose of the appeal and the connected applications being CAN 1 of 2020 and CAN 2 of 2020 dispensing with all formalities, by this order.
