CRM No. 6464 of 2020 + CRAN 1 of 2020 (Via video conference) In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Nowda Police Station Case No. 94 of 2020 dated 07.07.2020 registered for investigation into offences punishable under Sections 448/ 325/ 326/ 307/427/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

And In the matter of : Miraj Shaikh ... Petitioner Mr. Asraf Mondal .. for the petitioner Mr. Swapan Banerjee Ms. Purnima Ghosh ..for the State The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking. Accordingly the application being CRAN 1 of 2020 stands disposed of.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and has produced the case diary. At that stage, prayer is made on behalf of the petitioner for withdrawal of the application.

Under such circumstance, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
