In pursuance of the direction passed by this Court, a report is submitted by the S.I. of Police, Titagarh Police Station, Barrackpore. It is revealed from the said report that the sole appellant, namely, Dukhi Ram Singha Roy, has expired on 14.08.2016 during the pendency of this appeal. 4.

This appeal is abated against the sole appellant. 6.

The instant criminal appeal be and the same is dismissed as abated.
