Mr. Purnasish Gupta Mr. Jayanta Kumar Mukhopadhyay Ms. Mary Datta ......... for the petitioners/applicants Mr. Debdutta Basu Mr. Jayanta Ranjan Das ....... for the respondents no. 8 & 9 Mr. Gupta, learned Counsel appearing for the appellants/applicants submits the observation made by this Court in the order dated 21.04.2014 that 1 Kottah 14 Sft. was granted in favour of Sabita Bose as heir of the original allottee is incorrect. He, however, does not dispute the fact that such settlement has been made in favour of the aforesaid Sabita Bose.

Under such circumstances, we are of the considered view whether the grant was made as heir of the original allottee or otherwise would not impact the result of the lease. Hence, no case of review is made out. Accordingly, review application being RVW 202 of 2014 is disposed of.
