This is a writ application by one Khokan Kotal against his son Sajoy Kotal who is the respondent no.4. It is found from the petition and also from the hearing of the parties that it could be a case of criminal nature, which is required to be adjudicated before the appropriate Court dealing with such matters.

Following the judgment delivered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in (2008) 2 SCC 409, this writ Court is not inclined to interfere in this matter of matter personal dispute, which may involve some criminal element as appears from the allegations made by the petitioner.

Mr. Bihani, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted that the whole matter relates to a factory of the petitioner which produces puffed-rice and it has also civil consequences and other cases are pending between the parties.

As I do not entertain this writ application, the same is dismissed along with CAN 1 of 2020.
