The petitioner has failed to convince the Court that there is any error apparent on the face of the record or there is discovery of new facts or any other sufficient reason which warrants review of the order.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has handed over a communication made by the petitioner to the Area Personnel Manager whereby he has deposited a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac) only in accordance with the order dated 22.07.2019 which the petitioner seeks to review.

It appears from the submission of the petitioner that on one hand he has accepted the order, acted in accordance with the same and has presently come up with an application for review.

The stand of the petitioner cannot be appreciated in any manner. The grounds made out in the application for review is not substantiated in law. They are not good or valid grounds for entertaining the review.

The application for review stands dismissed.
