Galib Mr. Abu Siddique Mallik Ms. Tanushree Mukherjee ...For the Petitioner Inadvertent typographical mistake in the order dated November 16, 2021 which is corrected as under :- The civil revision number, being "C.O. 3401 of 2016" appearing at the top of the said order be substituted by the civil revision number, being "C.O. 3901 of 2016". The order dated November 16, 2021, accordingly, stands corrected to the extent indicated above. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner submits that the review application has now become infructuous, as the Waqf Tribunal has already disposed of the suit, being Suit No. 12 of 2015.

In the light of the above, the review application, being R.V.W. 217 of 2017 is dismissed as infructuous. There will be no order as to costs.
