Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference.

The application, being CRAN No. 1 of 2020, is disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind prima facie involvement of the petitioner as manager of the hotel where immoral trafficking of women were being carried on, we are of the opinion that he does not stand on the same footing with co-accused Goutam Choudhury, who has been enlarged on bail and in view of the gravity of the offence and as his prayer for bail was rejected as late as on June, 2020, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail, being CRM No. 6473 of 2020, is accordingly rejected.
