The petitioner undertakes to appropriately stamp the petition as per the Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The petitioner claims that upon receipt of the papers under Section 207 of the Code, the petitioner has discovered that there is no material against the petitioner warranting the petitioner's continued detention.

The matter pertains to the recovery of commercial quantity of contraband from several persons. The prayer for bail has been rejected by this court lastly in June, 2020. The mere filing of the charge-sheet or

the handing over of the material under Section 207 of the Code does not amount to any change in circumstances.

The present prayer is rejected.
