I have heard learned Counsel appearing for the respondents.

It appears that this appeal has been disposed of vide order dated September 28, 2021. It is stated by the respondents that the name of the respondent No. 1 Promila Devi will be corrected as Pramila Devi as her name appears in the Aadhaar Card, PAN Card and Bank Account Pass Book as Pramila Devi. Respondent No. 2 Renu Kumari, who was minor at the time filing of the claim application, has attained majority and after her marriage her name will be Renu Devi. On the other hand, respondent No. 3 Rajani Kumari, who was minor at the time filing of the claim application, has attained majority and after her marriage her name will be Rajni Devi. The name of respondent No. 6 Nishit Kumar will be corrected as Nitish Kumar Gope. Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents and on consideration of the application I find that names of the aforesaid respondents should be corrected in terms of the application.

Accordingly, the name of the respondent No. 1 be corrected as Pramila Devi, name of the respondent No. 2 be corrected as Renu Devi, name of the respondent No. 3 be corrected as Rajni Devi and the name of the respondent No. 6 be corrected as Nitish Kumar Gope. The present addresses of the some of the respondents as stated in the application also be corrected in the Memorandum of Appeal. The department is directed to correct the Memorandum of Appeal as stated in the application accordingly.

Let the portion of the order dated September 28, 2021 where the names of the aforesaid respondents have wrongly been spelt be corrected accordingly.

The application, being IA No. CAN 1 of 2022 stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the appellant on priority basis on compliance of necessary formalities, on priority basis. ( Rabindranath Samanta, J.)
