This matter has come up in the list for correction of typographical mistakes crept in the order dated 12th May, 2023.

It is pointed out that at the first page of the said order the number of the case has been wrongly typed as RVW 46 of 2018 instead of RVW 269 of 2012. The mistake is apparent.

Let the correction be made accordingly in the order dated 12th May, 2023.

Let this order be read conjointly with the order dated 12th May, 2023.
