In re. :CAN 3 of 2025 CAN 3 of 2025 is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 421 days occurred for filing the application in CAN 2 of 2025.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; strong objection raised by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
Heard the learned advocate, perused the grounds; having heard the learned advocates and on perusing the grounds in the body of the application itself, it appears to me that the grounds are sufficient.
Accordingly, the applications being CAN 2 of 2025 and CAN 3 of 2025 are considered and allowed.

The order passed by this Court on February 5, 2024 is hereby set aside and recalled.
The writ petition being WPA 7112 of 2020 is hereby restored to its original file and number. Mr. Somnath Ganguli, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent authority placed the report. Let the report including the statement of facts and documents be taken on record. A copy of report has already been served upon the petitioner.
The matter is otherwise ready for hearing.
Let the matter appear in the list on July 18, 2025 under the heading "Hearing".
The petitioner is at liberty to use reply/exception, if any, against the report within the adjourned date.
