After considering the averments made in the application for condonation of delay in preferring the review application, delay is condoned. CAN 1 of 2019 is disposed of.

In Re : RVW 301 of 2019 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is apparent mistake in the order dated 4th September, 2012 as it is apparent that the validity of the panel was till 31st August, 2012 which has been wrongly recorded as 14th August, 2012. Learned counsel appearing for the District Primary School Council in his usual fairness submits that there is apparent mistake in the order dated 4th

September, 2012 and it should be corrected and be read as 31st August, 2012.

Accordingly, RVW 301 of 2019 is allowed.

In Re: WPA 18244 of 2012 Learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the representation dated 9th July, 2012 was not considered by the Chairman, District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas till date.

The Chairman, District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas is requested to consider the representation of the petitioner. The writ petitioner is directed to serve a copy of representation dated 9th July, 2012 along with a copy of this order to the Chairman, District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas. The Chairman, District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas is requested to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to allow the petitioner to produce all the relevant documents at the time of hearing and, thereafter, the Chairman shall pass a reasoned order within two months from the date of communication of this order to him. The Chairman, District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas is also requested to communicate the reasoned order to the petitioner at an earliest.

I make it clear that I have not gone into he merits of the matter and all points are left opon to the

Chairman, District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas for consideration.

The writ petition being WPA 18244 of 2012 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit have been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.
