It appears that there is inadvertent typographical mistake in the judgement and order dated January 05, 2023, which is corrected in the following manner: In the sub-paragraph (a) of para 2 in the 2nd page the title suit number has wrongly been typed as '1337' but it should be '1377'

The judgement and order dated January 05, 2023, accordingly, stands corrected to the extent indicated above.

Let this order be treated as part of the judgement and order dated January 05, 2023.
