Mrs. Sucharita Paul, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the appellants submits that during the pendency of the appeal, the appellants have decided to release the pension to the writ petitioner/respondent unconditionally and in compliance with the order passed by the learned Single Judge on 16th November, 2018.

In view thereof, we are not separately considering the prayer for condonation of delay as the order dated 16th November, 2018 has been complied with.
