Mr. Majumdar, learned Additional Advocate General submits that since the petitioner is in possession of the relevant declaration forms, the matter may be remanded to the revisional authority being the respondent No. 3 herein for necessary adjudication. It is expected that the respondent No. 3 will consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is made clear that the remand being made to the respondent No. 3 is limited remand only on the ground of consideration of the declaration forms being submitted by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid directions, W.P.A. 7134 of 2020 stands disposed of without any order as to costs. Consequently CAN 1 of 2020 is also disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.
