Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

Accordingly, application bearing CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence of abduction & murder of the victim, we are of the opinion that in view of gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
