Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner refers to the judgment delivered in CRR 1384 of 2020 wherein the proceedings relating to Khardah PS Case No. 86/2020 dated 14.02.2020 has been quashed in respect of Babita Simon and Binu Tamang. Page 30 of the writ petition reflects Khardah PS Case No. 86/2020 dated 14.02.2020 and the petitioner approached this Court for expeditious, free and fair investigation of the said case.

Having regard to the fact that the case has been quashed and a downloaded copy of the revisional application having been submitted before this court, I am of the view that the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, WPA 7136 of 2020 is dismissed as infractuous. Pending applications if any be consequently dismissed.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
