Petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioners in assaulting the victim resulting in grievous fracture injuries, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
