The alleged contemnor is personally present in Court. The alleged contemnor has failed to surrender the suit premises. We have shown enough mercy to the alleged contemnor. However, out of mercy time to vacate the suit premises is peremptorily extended by January 31, 2023 failing which he may be evicted from the suit premises, if required, with the police help.

The contempt rule is, thus, disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
