The petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking. The petitioners are the sister of the husband of the victim and the son of such sister. According to the petitioners even the husband has been granted bail. It appears that the victim committed suicide after 18 years of marriage. Considering the nature of the incident and the unlikely association of the petitioners therewith, the petitioners are entitled to anticipatory bail.

In the event of the petitioners being arrested, they will be enlarged on bail upon furnishing security of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of equal amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. The petitioners should also comply with the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code. CRM 6523 of 2020 and the interim application therein are disposed of.
