The present application has been preferred inter alia praying for relaxation of the condition as incorporated in the order dated 16th September, 2020 passed in CRM 6524 of 2020. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner/applicant submits that upon completion of investigation, chargesheet has been filed and the petitioner has also surrendered before the learned court below and obtained regular bail. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and considering the materials on record, the condition to the effect that "the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer once a week until further orders", as incorporated in the order dated 16th September, 2020 passed in CRM 6524 of 2020, is waived.

The application, being CRAN 1 of 2021, is, accordingly disposed of.
