The petitioners were enlarged on anticipatory bail by an order dated September 15, 2020 requiring the petitioners to furnish security of Rs.10000/- each with two sureties of equal amount each one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the learned Magistrate is insisting upon sureties possessing title Deeds with matching record of rights. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, it would be appropriate to modify the order dated September 15, 2020 and permit the petitioners to furnish registered sureties. All other conditions of the order dated September 15, 2020 remain the same.

CRAN 2 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly.
