Mr. Dipankar Paramanick ......For the State The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through videoconference on the basis of such undertaking.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 260 days and further detention of the petitioner is unwarranted as charge sheet has already been submitted.

The learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that earlier the petitioner's bail was rejected on 09.06.2020 in CRM 3711/2020.

Having regard to the fact that there is no change in circumstances and considering the nature and gravity of the offences, we are not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such the

prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM 6557 of 2020 and CRAN 1 of 2020 are disposed of. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.) (Samapti Chatterjee, J.)
