Inadvertent typographical errors crept in judgment dated 28th April, 2025.

In the 4th line of 9th paragraph of the judgment dated 28th April, 2025, the first name of appellant no.4 "Bisnu Basak/claimants" shall be read as „Biswanath Basak/claimants‟.

In the 6th line of 9th paragraph of the judgment, appellant numbers shall be read as "appellant nos.1,3 and 4/claimants" instead of "appellant nos.1,2 and 4/claimants".

In the 10th line of 9th paragraph of the judgment "CAN 2 of 2024" shall be read as "CAN 3 of 2024" Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.

Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the judgment dated 28th April, 2025.

Copy of the judgment be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
